Working Process
 

Assembly: This shop is equiped with various kind of tools and storage racks to receive the formed components and members, which are assembled as per the design. The total work includeing soldering through Reflow Machine is finished here.

Subsquently component fitting in the touchup shop before testing.

 
  Visual: In this stage the circuits is cold check through visual and the polarity, tolerance,fitment also.
 
Inspection, Testing, Checking: All inwords components are checked at our inword test lab for their various defined parameters stage wise inspection/checking are carried out during assembly, before assembly, Touch Up, Testing etc. and after completion of the job all routine/functional test are carried out in accordance with ISO standards.

For through hole equipped with the following equipment:
* Customized test benches and loads
* Automated test equipments.
* 2 channel digital storage oscilloscopes.
* High voltage probe.
* Spectrum Analyzer
* Function Generator
* LCR meter
* Oven chambers
* Single Genrator
* Power Analyzer.
* 6½ digit precision multimeter.
* Manufacturing defect analyzer
